Includes labeled storage, has plenty of room for family and followers (you have to use mods of course to move your family in or make it your followers' home base). My character still uses this as her main home, even though her family lives somewhere else. But it's nice and cozy and has a forge, alchemy, enchanting, etc. You can't really fit a family and a ton of followers in it.
It is made with the solo adventurer in mind.
